Marine glass is constantly exposed to salt spray, hard water, mineral deposits, and environmental contaminants. Over time, these deposits can build up on windows, windscreens, hatches, and other glass surfaces, leaving them hazy, heavily spotted, and difficult to see through.

At Pure Marine, our specialist glass restoration process is designed to remove stubborn water spots, mineral deposits, salt residue, oxidation, and surface contamination that regular cleaning cannot remove. We carefully polish the glass to restore clarity, improve visibility, and bring back a clean, refined finish.

Once the glass has been restored, we apply a premium marine-grade glass sealant that creates a highly hydrophobic finish. This helps water bead and run off the surface, reducing the amount of water and contaminants left behind and helping prevent future water spotting and mineral build-up.

The result is noticeably clearer, cleaner glass with improved visibility and a smooth, water-repellent finish that stays cleaner for longer, even in New Zealand’s demanding marine environment.
